A static, educational founder website. No login, no payment checkout, and no on-site contact form that stores messages in a database.
Final privacy language should be reviewed for Canadian expectations (including PIPEDA-style principles) and any vendor practices (hosting, email, AI providers).
To respond to inquiries you initiate, provide educational information, schedule conversations, and improve the public site. Future products (Ask Nicole AI, newsletters) will state separate purposes before collection.
Emailing Nicole is voluntary. Joining a future waitlist or newsletter will require clear consent—not automatic subscription from a general contact email.
Please send only what is needed for your question. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial account information through email unless a licensed professional has requested it for a defined purpose.
Static deployment, HTTPS, conservative security headers, no embedded third-party trackers, and email-only contact (not a secure portal). Email is not equivalent to encrypted health or legal record systems.
Email correspondence retention should follow Nicole’s business records policy and applicable law. A formal retention schedule should be documented before scale.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information Nicole holds from your emails, subject to legal and professional record obligations. Contact the privacy email above.
Ask Nicole AI is a separate educational companion. Requesting early access by email on this site does not create an app account. The app has its own privacy notice covering how questions are handled, what is stored, and what is not.
Contact Nicole using the privacy email above. You may also have rights to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy authority depending on your situation. This page does not provide legal advice about which authority applies.
